Pudong International Airport

Shanghai Pudong International Airport is located in the coastal area of Pudong New Area, Shanghai, China, with an area of 40 square kilometers. It was completed in 1999 and the expansion project before the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games was put into use. Together with Beijing Capital International Airport and Hong Kong International Airport, it is known as China’s three major international airports.
