Hotel intelligent upgrade

Due to changing sizes and schedules, hotels require systems that are web-based, user-friendly, scalable, and support multi-user account management. Instead of having multiple systems to manage its property displays and kiosk content, the company wanted a single cloud-based platform to manage its entire property digital signage network.

Initially, the hotel did a small-scale pilot project and deployed a series of separate phone booths at key lobby sound points. The content of the kiosk is managed by the front desk and includes information and videos to welcome guests, directions, custom text taggers, and a list of daily events. After 90 days of testing and a series of executive reviews, Hilton’s management chose to expand, connecting to the hotel’s TV switchboard through CDMS, allowing the hotel to quickly advertise hotel services such as spas, regional travel events, and promotional in-store dining.

Today, hotels rely on us to provide digital signage for their entire hotel: from the welcome booth in the lobby, to the meeting room signage affixed to the wall, including the daily meeting list, to the guest communication in the room.
